Steve is an accomplished Project Director with over 10 years of experience in Engineering & Building Services management, Project Management, Facility and Asset management. As a Chartered Professional mechanical engineer, he is a highly skilled specialist with significant experience and understanding in complex projects and critical infrastructure, where he provides foresight and supports proactive management of large stakeholder groups. This proactive approach in managing capital projects enables him to have a high level of technical and commercial acumen, people management skills and ability to manage risk to throughout the life cycle of a project.

Steve has extensive experience in leading high performing collaborative teams which has resulted in comprehensive business needs planning knowledge, complemented by expertise in budget management, contract management and procurement. Steve’s skills leads to the successful management of cost, quality and time outcomes for his clients.

Having managed significant programmes of work across one of the largest public health networks in South Australia, which includes the largest specialist facility for Women and Children in South Australia, Steve has a strong ability to navigate complex internal and external stakeholder groups to maintain project timelines and objectives. Previously as a Director at the Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN), Steve became highly skilled at managing competing capital and operation demands which saw him awarded the WCHN Young Professional of the Year.

As a Project Director with a background in building services and extensive experience in the construction industry, Steven brings a collaborative approach to all aspects of project delivery. Steven is a highly skilled professional with the understanding of systems and processes that help achieve effective project programs and budget targets. Steven has had over 16 years' experience in new construction fit out and refurbishment working with several builders. Steven has been responsible for the delivery of a number of projects in the education, health, retail, aged care and office commercial sectors across South Australia, Northern Territory and Victoria

Steven has had over 16 years’ experience in new construction fit out and refurbishment working with several builders. Steven has been responsible for the delivery of a number of projects in the education, health, retail, aged care and office commercial sectors across South Australia, Northern Territory and Victoria.

Steven has acquired comprehensive understanding in design management and coordination, tendering, contracting, programming, budget alignment and leadership.
Steven is highly regarded for his integrity, fairness, collaborative approach in the delivery of projects whilst constant consideration to client requirements to achieve the best outcome for the project.

Caroline brings a collaborative and proactive approach in managing the client-side activities by adopting a strategic and inclusive approach to stakeholder engagement. She enjoys gaining a deep understanding of stakeholder drivers and requirements aligning them with the overarching project objectives to deliver project outcomes. Her natural communication style allows her to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and balance competing priorities effectively and efficiently.

As a Project Manager and Superintendent’s Representative within the Building Projects Directorate in the Department of Infrastructure and Transport, Caroline managed delivery of prescribed construction projects for Lead Agencies in South Australia throughout all project lifecycles.
